Shanghai KEWEIP Intellectual Property is a comprehensive legal services organisation built around Shanghai KEWEIP, LLC and Skylight Law Firm (Shanghai), with branches in Guiyang, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Kunming and Thailand.
Shanghai KEWEIP, LLC was established in Shanghai on 11 November 2016 and holds both a patent agency licence and a trademark agency qualification. Skylight Law Firm (Shanghai) was established on 3 May 2017 and holds both a law firm practising licence and a patent agency licence.
The firm now has 17 practising patent attorneys and 35 practising lawyers, including 9 dual-qualified professionals who hold both the patent attorney and the lawyer qualification. We work with dozens of closely partnered foreign firms across the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Israel, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, among more than ten countries and regions.
