Mr. Xue graduated from Wuhan University School of Law and later obtained an MBA from Hubei University. He holds Board Secretary qualifications from both the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and has also obtained Independent Director qualifications from both exchanges.
After graduation he served for many years as Board Secretary and in-house legal counsel of a joint stock company, leading corporate M&A, investment and financing, and listing work. Since being called to the bar he has focused on non-contentious practice, advising enterprises on investment and financing, M&A, restructuring and listings, on share option incentive schemes and equity structuring, and on related disputes, as well as providing in-depth legal services to private equity, fund and guarantee companies.
