Yujiang LI

Profile

Mr. Li graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and holds both the Chinese legal professional qualification and the patent attorney qualification, together with IPMS external auditor credentials. After a technical role at a large state-owned enterprise, he has worked in patent practice since 2012, was selected as a National Patent Information Practice Talent in 2018, and joined KEWEIP in June 2023.

He provides intellectual property services to well-known universities, research institutes and enterprises in China and abroad, and has handled more than four thousand patent applications across water conservancy, power, construction, metallurgy, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, machinery, microbiology and computer technology. He has substantial practical experience in patent drafting and office action responses, patent mining and portfolio planning, patent strategy analysis and patent searching.

He has also handled numerous reexamination and invalidation matters, has appeared in several invalidation oral hearings, and advises enterprises on patent validity analysis, infringement analysis and other legal opinions.
